That’s according to François Crépeau, UN Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants. He was speaking just ahead of a European Union two-day summit on migration  which began on Thursday.

Mr Crépeau spoke to Tsique Shiferaw about the ways in which European countries are reacting to the massive influx of migrants and refugees.
